PROJECT BIO

For this project German-owned corrugated cardboard producer, Prowell teamed up with specialist UK logistics and industrial property business, Peel Logistics Property and fast-growing German manufacturer Progroup AG.

Prowell’s ambition was to create the most efficient and powerful corrugated sheet mega-board plant in the world, supported by this £120m, 330,000 sq. ft development.

Tate Consulting provided full M&E design services, fire engineering and MHE (material handling equipment) integration for the facility, which stands on the 45-acre former Cabot Carbon site adjacent to the M53 motorway.
