PROJECT BIO

Devonshire Park is a large-scale mixed-use development on the site of a former factory that spans 10 hectares. The scheme consists of 100,000 sq ft of retail and employment space, as well as provision for 255 new homes, and associated infrastructure.

Tate Consulting provided site master planning, utilities, lighting for the external works including street and car park lighting, as well as M&E services to each unit.
